By accessing or using HSETrack (“the Service”) operated by FNVI Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
HSETrack is a cloud-based Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management platform that provides incident logging, workflow management, reporting, and team collaboration tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
To use HSETrack, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of all data you input into HSETrack. By using the Service, you grant FNVI Ltd a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNVI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The HSETrack platform, including its design, features, and codebase, is the intellectual property of FNVI Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
